Site location: Corner of Sunset and Cahuenga, Los Angeles

Designing a join market place and karaoke studio catering to the types of people who venture nearby. During the site analysis many key areas were noted such as the Los Angeles Film School, Arclight Cinemas Hollywood theater, and much more. With the marketplace being the main program, the karaoke studio was the extra space used to accommodate students and young adults coming to the area to relax and have fun.
